The vines, which are not cultivated with sovereign laziness, benefit from an extraordinarily diverse indigenous flora, populated by an equally varied fauna. In gratitude, the limestone plateau provides us with grapes of a quality and balance that are, I must say, very interesting to grow... Unfiltered, unfined.
