A PLACE

We have a very particular approach to growing vines

KNOW-HOW

Biodynamic viticulture is an integral part of the estate's philosophy, producing grapes that perfectly reflect the identity of the Cahors terroir. Strict principles and a viticulture that respects nature: manual harvesting, small yields, precise and fair vinification.

A BIODYNAMIC DOMAIN

Our daily efforts are reflected in the meticulous care we take in cultivating our vines and making our wines.
For several years now, the estate has been innovating by developing bio-reasoned practices to protect the vines and preserve the soil.
The success of this initiative depends on a precise assessment of the threats to which the vines are exposed. Monitoring, prevention and analysis of disease cycles lead to sensible and appropriate responses.
Organic fertilisers, combined with vine shoot, plant and manure composts, are used as fertilisers.
